Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the property and activity. The written quote sets the applicable schedule; where a partner is stricter, the partner terms apply.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, evacuation and relevant activities is mandatory. Proof is requested before departure.
Changes and force majeure
Weather, volcanic activity, regulatory changes and transport disruption may require an itinerary change, alternative or proportional refund.
Liability
Outdoor activities carry inherent risk. You are responsible for confirming fitness, following guidance and disclosing relevant health needs.
