In short

We assess each potential partner across five weighted pillars, then verify the result through inspection, documentation and guest feedback.

  • Five weighted pillars
  • Four review stages
  • Annual re-audit

What we score before recommending.

No single beautiful property or impressive brochure can compensate for weak safety or community practice.

01

Service · 35%

Consistency, discretion, staff training and the ability to anticipate real needs.

02

Assets · 25%

Maintenance, water, safety equipment, food and the condition of the experience.

03

Safety · 20%

Licences, insurance, emergency planning and trained staff.

04

Authenticity · 10%

Meaningful local connection without staged or extractive experiences.

05

Impact · 10%

Local employment, environmental practice and benefit shared with communities.

The process

Four stages before a recommendation.

The process is deliberately slower than a booking funnel.

  1. 01

    01 · Initial screening

Review reputation, documentation, ownership and basic operating standards.

  2. 02

    02 · Anonymous inspection

A senior reviewer experiences the service as a guest would.

  3. 03

    03 · Formal audit

Check licences, maintenance records, staff practices and emergency plans.

  4. 04

    04 · Continuous review

Use guest feedback and annual re-audits to improve or remove the partner.

Ask for the evidence.

If you are comparing a property or operator, ask what was checked and when.
